ISO-9001

Info Cubic is proud to announce that we have achieved ISO 9001:2015 Certification. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was formed in 1947. Today, ISO is an independent, non-governmental international organization with members from 162 countries and 786 technical bodies. They have created more than 21,000 International Standards containing practical information and best practices and often describe an agreed way of doing something or a solution to a global problem. “We’ve been ISO 9001:2008 Certified Quality Management System since October of 2010 but wanted to continue to push our organization to be the best that it can be” said Eden Hutchinson, Info Cubic’s Manager of Quality Assurance. “The new ISO 9001:2015 Standard is more up-to-date and reflective of service orientated organizations allowing us to achieve conformity of products and services in our efforts to exceed our clients’ needs and expectations.” Info Cubic’s long time focus on quality and client service is at the very core of our business. The Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle (PDCA) is a natural fit in our operations and service departments. While anyone can claim to be the best in the industry, Info Cubic’s ISO 9001:2015 Certification, NAPBS Accreditation and back to back Bakers Dozen awards for Customer Service are all concrete proof that we are committed to doing what we say we’re going to do and that we have substantiating evidence to back it up. Imagine…working with people who love what they do!
