Ice Storm Impacting Drug Collections and Testing

Please be aware of the following potential delays in Texas:
  • Drug Testing: We may experience lab-related service interruptions and/or delays in Texas due to an Ice Storm they are currently experiencing. We will provide an update from our lab vendors in the affected areas as conditions improve.
  • Drug Collections – Patient Service Centers (PSCs) Patient Preferred Network (PPN) and 3rd party collection sites: Many patient service center (PSC), Patient Preferred Network (PPN), and 3rd party collection sites may have closures or delays in storm-affected areas. It is advisable to verify operating hours by calling the telephone number listed for the PSC, PPN or 3rd party collection sites located when electronically selecting a collection site.
