This information will be used to contact you to discuss services and arrange an account if requested. Record Destruction

As a standard, Info Cubic retains data related to the preparation of consumer reports for a period of five years after your orders are placed. This retention period is based on the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act statute of limitations and various contracts with information sources. This retention period applies to information maintained in hard copy and electronic form. You can request to delete your own personal data from here prior to 5 years.

Communications from the Site

Special Offers and Updates

We send all new clients a welcoming email to verify they are the owner of the email address they provided. Established clients will occasionally receive info on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

Service Announcements
