There are simple things to do that will increase the number of applications submitted for your job openings. We’ve compiled a few tips to help with this:
- Optimize your job postings – If you want to increase the number of applicants, concentrate on marketing and search engine optimization (SEO). You’ll need to ensure your job comes up in as many searches as possible, so optimize the job description and title for numerous keywords. While you’re writing the posting, give some thought to what your target candidate is looking for in a position, and include those words and phrases in your posting.
- Pay close attention to formatting – If you’re looking to increase the number of job applicants, it is necessary to pay close attention to your job listing’s format. Experts recommend adding parentheses to the title and keeping your title to under 60 characters. As for the posting itself, keep your job posting as short and sweet as possible.
