Rachel Suzuki Promoted to Client Success Manager

Info Cubic is excited to announce Rachel Suzuki’s promotion to Client Success Manager. Rachel has been an instrumental leader in growing Info Cubic’s client engagement through a challenging year and increasing client satisfaction scores by consistently improving our first-call resolution experience. Her unmatched enthusiasm and sense of humor are known for putting smiles on our clients’ faces.

As the leader of the Client Service team, Rachel’s favorite part of working at Info Cubic is “The people. I love my team. The Client Service team is the kindest bunch of folks I’ve ever met. They make me want to come into work every single day.” She describes Info Cubic as a whole as “Exciting, close-knit, and eventful.”

Rachel recognizes that the Client Service team’s success is all about teamwork, so she reviews the team’s KPI’s daily to make sure that everyone is getting the help they need. Her proudest moment at Info Cubic was when Ethan Walden, Client Care Representative, passed his FCRA test. “Ethan was the first new hire I was able to work with directly,” said Rachel. “So, watching Ethan go from being brand new to passing his FCRA test was truly something that made me proud.” She also enjoys sharing knowledge with Info Cubic’s clients and introducing them to the wealth of resources available in the Knowledge Base.

Prior to Rachel’s career at Info Cubic, she held a variety of jobs, including being a professional hula dancer, where she competed and performed throughout Colorado, New Zealand, Hawaii and Samoa from the ages of 8 to 25. While Rachel, “wasn’t particularly good, it explains why I always have a smile on my face and a strong stage presence.” When Rachel has 30 minutes to spare, she enjoys teaching her nephews how to make a good cup of French Press coffee.
