Features in The Cube: Two-Factor Authentication

We are constantly working on The Cube to provide our clients with the best experience possible for managing their background checks. Over the next couple of months, we will be introducing new features so you can put them to use.
First up: Info Cubic offers Two-Factor Authentication for our client accounts in order to add an extra layer of security to their accounts.
Here’s how Two-Factor Authentication in The Cube works:
- The user will be required to enter in the Account, User ID, Password and a Code that will be emailed to the user to gain access to the site.
- If the user selects “Remember this Device,” he or she will only need the authorization code when logging into a new device for the first time.
- If the user does not select, “Remember this Device,” it will require the authorization code on every login attempt.
Please note: Two-Factor Authentication is not a default function, so you must contact our Client Service Ninjas to have this feature turned on.
