DBJ Recognizes Info Cubic for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program
Posted: June 10, 2021
Info Cubic was recently featured in the Denver Business Journal for its strong corporate social responsibility (CSR) program. As a 2020 Civic 50 Colorado honoree, Info Cubic has developed a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility, specifically by way of its diverse employee volunteer programs. At Info Cubic, we have a passion for our business, servicing our clients and giving back to our community. We believe that a strong CSR program boosts employee morale, supports employee growth and leads to greater employee productivity.
As the DBJ article, “Info Cubic’s secret to employee engagement is its CSR program,” explains, Info Cubic’s CSR journey began over 15 years ago after our leaders recognized the need to implement a formal program to give back to our community. We began by reaching out to our local chambers of commerce to search for volunteer opportunities and never looked back. Since then, Info Cubic has led a robust employee volunteer program that encourages employees to perform volunteer work and participate in various community service projects, including cleaning up parks and picnic areas, supporting the National Audubon Society and working at local food banks and homeless shelters.
Last month, the Info Cubic team and their families rolled up their sleeves on a Saturday morning to participate in a clean-up project along the C-470 trail in Littleton, Colorado’s Deer Creek Park. We had a great time getting together to give back to our community. We are planning more community service projects in the near future.
What is our advice for a company that is interested in starting a CSR program? We let our employees lead the charge and empower them by giving them the necessary resources to succeed, including paid volunteer days to perform community service work.
