What is Info Cubic’s Quality Assurance Process?

Info Cubic takes accuracy very seriously and we are proud of the level of quality and accuracy we provide our clients. Our strict adherence to our Quality Management System processes allows us to provide our clients with the most accurate information possible. During our QA process, each search is reviewed to ensure that the information being reported is accurate, current, matches the applicant and that all applicable restrictions, regulations, and requirements are followed and applied.

Here are a few of the QA steps that we take during the background screening process:

  • If a record is found or information is discrepant to information that the applicant provided is verified, it goes to our internal Quality Assurance staff for review before it can be released to the client.
  • Once results are received, they are reviewed by our internal Quality Assurance staff before they are reported back to the client.
  • In addition to these standard QA processes, Info Cubic performs monthly tracking and testing on all researchers and vendors to ensure that they meet all our accuracy requirements.
  • Our Quality Control Auditor performs monthly quality checks to measure the quality of the performance of internal staff and the accuracy of all information reported.
  • Errors are documented each month and processes are reviewed to prevent recurrences.
  • Info Cubic uses monthly tracking and monitoring to ensure the research was completed accurately.
