What do you do at Info Cubic and how long have you been working here?
I have been here for nine years and I am currently the senior account manager. I first started in research and moved into quality assurance then account management. Currently I am doing client visit and business reviews and try to find a better solution to fit clients’ needs.
What do you like about your team members?
My team is super awesome and really fun to work with. They even decorated my desk for my birthday! We have great team spirit and we award each other’s achievements.
What differentiates Info Cubic from your previous jobs?
It’s not a call center environment so I have more time to do trainings and troubleshooting. I get to know my clients really well and build strong relationships with them.
What is Employee Appreciation Day and what do you do with your time?
We get a day off every few months, so I use that to I catch up on errands, take my kids to the doctors and go to their school events that day.
What is your favorite workplace memory?
The company held baby showers for me in the conference room.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my kids. We go to parks, museums and go camping. I also love to travel. My favorite place I have been was Jamaica.
