I'm proud to be a Client Service Ninja at Info Cubic working on The Answer Desk helping my dedicated customer base. I'm thankful that I get to work with such an amazing group of people, that includes my fellow Ninjas as well as my clients! I make it my goal to really get to know my clients because I've found that this makes for a far more productive relationship. My team is absolutely amazing! I wouldn't want to work anywhere else or with anyone else! Talk about a success-driven, customer experience focused team that has one end result….quality Client Service. We all have our special talents and characteristics, which in combination equates to a cohesive environment where we work hard, play hard. Keep on ninjas!
We actually care, seriously. We are not the largest provider in the industry and we certainly don't act like or treat our customer like we are the biggest provider in the industry either. I could boast about the numerous awards we've been racking up but in reality it's our people that make us stand out. The culture within Info Cubic cannot be found in many other screening providers, or other companies for that matter. Simon Sinek is often quoted as saying "Your employees must love the company before your customer ever will", if this is true than your going to absolutely love Info Cubic!
