As a Partner Satisfaction Sensei, aka Strategic Account Manager, my primary role is to maintain the health of the relationship between my clients and my company. Sure, I'm still more than happy to field incoming calls dealing with scheduling and status inquiries but my real area of expertise is to help ensure that my clients overall background screening and drug testing program is running as efficiently as possible. I consider myself to be my client's advocate by helping them stay up to date on legislative changes, expediting processes, and even helping them potentially save some money!
I have been with Info Cubic for a number of years, and I can say we have the best client service team right now we have ever had. Though our individual positions are often specialized by client, client location, product focus and company processes/goals, everyone in client service agrees the bottom line is simple...service to our clients is our main focus. Genuine teamwork and a friendly outlook keep this team so wonderful to work with, not to mention the occasional pool party and holiday outing which gives us a chance to cut loose. I love how every person here is truly unique, feels free to expresses their personality, and assists our clients in a professional manner.
The information we gather is public so in that respect we are very similar to other companies. It's what we do with the information and how we service our clients that makes the difference! I think it starts with the fact that we love working here at Info Cubic and when you love where you work I think it carries over into how you treat your customers. So many of our competitors treat their customers like numbers, here at Info Cubic we understand that our customers are people and we treat them with the level of respect and dignity that they deserve...this includes our clients' applicants as well!
