Info Cubic will provide a free copy of your consumer report (also known as a background report) in accordance with the Free Annual File Disclosure Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 610) if we have previously conducted a background check on you at the request of our clients. To obtain a copy of your report, complete the form below. You may also download and complete the form here or by calling (303) 220-0169. Please note that Info Cubic does not maintain a database of consumer credit reports and only provides individual consumer reports at the request of our client(s) after your authorization has been obtained. If you have not previously submitted an application to any of our clients and authorized a background report we will not have a consumer report on file.
