Our biggest challenge was our own decentralization and lack of standardization. We have numerous locations up and down the east coast that were all using different screening providers. We did a thorough company-wide review and quickly realized that each location had different package types as well as varying levels of service and quality with their existing providers. We made a decision to standardize the program across all locations to ensure everyone was receiving the same type of background check package. In addition, we wanted to increase the level of service and quality across the board.
