What is it like to work at Info Cubic

Our founder Justin Den simply believes happier employees make happier customers. Before we train our employees on how to treat the outside world right, we focus on our employee happiness first.  Employees that are satisfied and happy are more motivated and that motivation helps serve customers with more information and enthusiasm.  At Info Cubic, we want you to feel great after a busy day. This is how we design our rewards, recognition program and culture club. We even give you some surprises from time to time. We train you well enough so you can leave anytime, and we will treat you well enough, so you don’t want to leave.

No Overtime

We believe that your work should support your life, not be your life. We produce high quality work for 8 hours a day, then we go home. If you do not believe us come stop by the office at 5:15pm, we won’t be here.

Flexibility

Remember when school would get canceled for a snow day, that joy you would feel. Well, that feeling doesn’t go away at Info Cubic. If school is canceled, we work from home that day. We also work with you when life happens, work should not be a stress. We understand school plays, doctors appointments and everything else life throws at you. We even give you a day off every quarter to catch up on life and relax!
